Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We try to ship all orders ship within 3-5 business days
- If We happen to make a mistake we will ship out a corrected order via USPS priority mail, please understand we do not overnight packages
- Terrcorp Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or rerouted packages
- PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal account and on our website. Terrcorp Creations is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges.
USPS, UPS, FedEx
We use standard USPS for most of our shipments. Items ship from Lake Mary, Florida and can take up to 10 business days to receive. Although, most items are received within 4 to 5 days.
Rates
The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order's total weight, will determine your shipping rates. Shipping charges aren’t refundable.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains more than one item, Terrcorp Creations may expedite delivery by shipping your order at different times and from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs.
Restrictions
Terrcorpcreations.com offers shipping to all US addresses in the lower 48.
Excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands.
International Orders
TerrcorpCreations.com can’t currently support international orders.
PO Boxes
Standard: Three- to seven-day delivery option only for orders at or below 70 pounds and within USPS standard dimensions.
